Thus, as the number 18 approches, a pheonix rises from the ashes. Octoberfest 2007. This year will be the second official Octoberfest and something im going to continue every year. The gathering will take place in Shanes on Saturday and hopefully will go off without a hitch and be heralded as "A fucking awesome shindig".
It turns out no-one can make a windows XP theme to save their lives. Ive scoured the internet and I cant find ONE, not fucking ONE that is in anyway nice to look at. I do, however, love the gnome themes. Ubuntu's is sexy. Clearklooks is design heaven for me.
Recently ive been really wanting to install Ubuntu and Dual-boot windows and ubuntu, but im afraid of GRUB fucking up or me fucking up and overwriting my windows partition. I want Ubuntu so much it hurts.Why cant there be a totally safe and secure way of doing this?
Im not abandoning windows because I need it for some things, and im pretty sure I wont use ubuntu that much anyway, but a change of scenery is always nice.

For the past while, Firefox has annoyed me with the little things. Its slow to load up at the start sometimes, Its buggy with tabs sometimes, has problems loading javascript and ajax and now It cant fucking play quicktime movies in the browser.
This seriously pisses me off. Opera doesnt have one problem doing any of that, but i stick by Firefox because its got the best extensions and plugins and I like to support the open source cause.
Firefox 3 better have all of this fixed and have that memory leak problem fixed too, otherwise im switching to Opera permanently.
Just got to stick this annoyance out until whenever they release it, which looks like the end of the year (hopefully).
Lately ive been working on a project for Mark called YourDebs.com. Basically its a site where the youth of today can get information and tips for the debs from the youth of today. Its a fairly big project and its in its final Design stages now, but you can see an index page on the site its self.
Ive also been working on a secret project called "UNIVRSE", which isnt really secret, but i dont want to go into detail about it if its not going to happen.
Thats pretty much it in the oh-so spectacular world of Warren.
So after a 3 month hiatus, Im back to the rollercoaster bandwagon called blogging.
I changed a few things as you can see. Show of some of my minimalist ideals. Well, just until I think of a new Design anyway. Ill be posting all sorts of crap from now on. Designers,photography,news and my own fractured take on my daily life.
